Expert Consultancy

Overview

These consultancy engagements are designed for longer-term projects when the challenge is more complex and a greater level of analysis is required. These engagements go deeper into your challenges with an impartial focus that only an outsider can bring. In this way, I go beyond symptoms to get to the root cause of problems. This makes it easier to challenge assumptions and identify opportunities.

As well as ‘one-off’ consultancy projects, many businesses employ consultants on a retained basis as it gives them guaranteed access to specialist expertise that they wouldn’t ordinarily have. If you have any questions about working on a retained basis then please get in touch.

Expert Consultancy rates will vary depending upon several factors. Each project is unique and will require an individual quotation tailored to your specific project. All pricing and associated costs will be clear and agreed before any work commences.
