Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Marketing… Is it a bit like ‘swinging’ in the 1970s, you think lots are doing it, but the reality is that the majority are just talking about it?
Many of us will have read about AI and Machine Learning and the impact that it will have on marketing.
Many more of us will have used applications that utilise AI such as Netflix, Facebook and Google Maps. In fact, Google has recently partnered with DeepMind, an Alphabet AI research lab, to improve the accuracy of Google Maps’ prediction capabilities.
So, am I right?
